More than just an update!

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have heard nay-sayings about my blog. Things such as my blog is an endangered spieces and the proper steps to take care of such a situation are not being taken. So here is a little overview of my life...

Regardless of what time it says I'm posting this blog, it's 11:47pm on the Eve of October. It is Family weekend at Northland College, so m parents came over to visit me. We spent the day taking pictures of the fall colors, shopping, and catching up on each other's lives. Seeing as it is almost midnight, therefore almost October, my friends and I are going out to Fenenga Bridge with some Raspberry Spritzers and having a midnight October Party! I will be turning 19 on Tuesday, and am all in all doing well.

Thank you, and goodnight.

SPEAK

Do you have any idea how hard it is to communicate without words? I do. I am currently recovering from tonsilitis, and as part of my treatment (because the doctors thought it might've been something else) they sliced open one of my tonsils on monday. Thus, monday, and most of yesterday, I couldn't talk without immense pain. Now I have pain killers, and am healing quite nicely. I almost have my normal voice back, and can finally eat solid foods again. It still hurts to smile a lot and laugh too hard. Please don't punch me in the throat.

Welcome to Northland

Here's some random pictures for you guys. First off, we have my outdoor orientation group pretending to hitch-hike along the roadside. Then there's Jeff, Heather, Me and Will at the soccer game (cheering on our boys!) Then the stud in the brown jacket is my "brutha" Ben. The next stud is my boy, Jason. THEN!!! The sweetest bed in Fenenga Hall! We lofted my bed using some cinderblocks. My mini fridge and microwave are underit as well as a make shift closet since the bed is in the closet. We officially have the sweetest room in the building. Come visit me!
